Forge 1.9 is here. This is the biggest update since launch — five new features that change how you use the app. Here's what's new and why it matters.

CONVERSATION MODE: DIG DEEPER

After your analysis, you can now push back. Ask follow-up questions, challenge what the AI flagged, or explore a specific blind spot. The AI stays in character — direct, no fluff — and keeps it to 4 exchanges so you walk away with something real, not a therapy session.

This is the feature that turns Forge from a mirror into a sparring partner. Write an entry, read the analysis, then dig into the part that hit a nerve.

ENTRY TEMPLATES

Five structured templates for when you need a framework: Pre-Game (before a big moment), Post-Mortem (after something went wrong), Sunday Reset (weekly planning), Decision Log (hard choices), and Anger Dump (get it out). Pick one or write freely — the AI analyzes it the same way.

PATTERN ALERTS

Forge now quietly watches for recurring themes, mood cycles, and things you keep avoiding. When something crosses a meaningful threshold, a subtle banner surfaces it. "Career has come up in 6 of your last 8 entries." No dashboard — just quiet observations when they matter.

WEEKLY DIGEST

If you're signed in with email, Forge can send you a Sunday morning summary: patterns from the week, action item progress, health trends, and one thing to focus on next week. Enable it in Settings.

PULL TO REFRESH

Pull down on your entry stream to sync across devices instantly. Small but long overdue.

WHAT'S NEXT

We're building Forge to be the sharpest tool in your self-improvement stack. Every feature has to pass one test: does it help you see something you weren't seeing? If you're not on Forge yet, download it on the App Store.
